The coronavirus pandemic has forced us all to live more locally and re-consider what we need from our homes. A home office and outdoor space are now more important to many of us than they were at the start of 2020. Similarly, proximity to the office is less crucial if it becomes a place we rarely visit.

That all points to an increased appetite for suburban living. In his latest piece for Housing Today our managing director, Paul Smith, considers whether we're on the verge of a suburban renaissance, and what the 21st Century might look like.
