This 7 acre brownfield site is located to the east of Radcliffe in the Bury Council area. It is currently allocated for an employment use but is occupied by a number of low quality industrial units, many of which are vacant.
The Strategic Land Group has been promoting the site through the Bury Local Plan process with the aim of securing a residential allocation for the site before submitting a planning application.
