We will be working in partnership with the landowner to promote the 5-acre site for residential development through North West Leicestershire’s emerging Local Plan.
Packington is a desirable location, and this well contained site represents a logical extension to the village. It has all the right attributes for development and would provide much-needed new homes within the area, both for new and existing residents of the village.
